By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. We may update this Policy from time to time. This Policy applies to all Users, including Customers and Drivers.

Information You Provide

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, profile photo, payment details, and other registration information.

  • Pet Information: Details about your pet(s), such as name, species, breed, size, age, health conditions, vaccination status, and special needs (e.g., crate requirements).

  • Ride Details: Pickup and drop-off locations, scheduled times, notes for Drivers, and feedback/ratings.

  • Communications: Information from messages, support requests, or in-app chats.

For Drivers: Additional information such as a driver’s license, vehicle details, insurance, background check consent, and location data while in driver mode.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Location Data: Precise GPS location for matching rides, real-time tracking, and safety (collected when the app is in use or in the background during active rides or when drivers are online).

  • Device and Usage Data: IP address, device ID, operating system, browser type, app usage, crash reports, and analytics data.

  • Log Data: Ride history, timestamps, distances, and interactions with the app.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in some jurisdictions). If we learn that we have done so, we will delete it.

How We Use Your Information

  • Facilitate rides and match Customers with Drivers.

  • Process payments and handle refunds or cancellations.

  • Provide customer support and communicate updates.

  • Ensure safety and security (e.g., verify identities, monitor rides, prevent fraud).

Pet information is used solely to ensure safe transport and to match appropriate Drivers and vehicles.

We share information as needed to provide the Services:

  • With Other Users: Customers share their name, phone number, pickup location, and pet details with Drivers (and vice versa for safety purposes).

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors that support payments, maps/GPS, analytics, cloud storage, and customer support (all bound by confidentiality obligations).

  • Safety and Legal Reasons: With authorities, emergency services, or as required by law (e.g., subpoenas).

  • Business Transfers: In connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales.

  • Aggregated or De-Identified Data: For research or marketing purposes (non-personal data).

We do not sell personal information for money. However, certain disclosures (e.g., for advertising) may be considered "sharing" under laws like the CCPA; see the rights section below.
